This pattern made me understand how to use the measurements correctly. You need to be exact, different from looking at other patterns you buy, where you may make your waist measurement looser or your front chest (armpit to armpit) with a straight edge if you use this to consider your neckline using Nancy Ziegler. I made a shirt/jacket instead of a dress with a front zipper which came out great and then a dress. Honestly, the shirt I liked a lot, the dress came out well, but it's not the most flattering design for me, which is the only reason I lowered the stars. Probably won't make it again unless it is to hack it again as a shirt/jacket. But it does fit if you do the measurements correctly.
