Pattern pieces are supplied without a seam allowance, and without certain elements required for finishing the piece (facing, lining etc.); this pattern provides a solid base for drafting your own design. 

Long sleeve close-fitting dress, 2” (5 cm) below the knee length.

The dress base include negative ease allowance for the garment to be fitting - lengthwise 3%, crosswise 5%.

Depending on your body measurements your garment can include several waist darts - from zero to one at the back and front. Depending on your chest circumference your garment can include several bust darts - from one to two.
